From the perspective of the thousand ton alkali recovery project, sun paper needs a big data sharing platform for differentiated competition

1000 tons/day alkali recovery (chemical pulp) and the commissioning of the second phase of chemical mechanical pulp. The self-made pulp capacity of sun paper will increase from less than 200000 tons to more than 500000 tons. So far, the wheat straw pulping that has been used for 27 years since the establishment of sun paper is expected to be eliminated by the end of the year. Laos pulp and paper forest base, Vietnam wharf project, chemical mechanical pulp phase II, 1000 tons/day alkali recovery (chemical pulp), and several major projects have been launched in succession, indicating that the differentiated competition concept of sun paper industry is continuously extending and expanding to the upstream of the paper industry chain

I. stabilizing the supply of raw materials and establishing the basis for differentiation

chemical pulp replaces wheat straw pulp, which inevitably means that wood chip raw materials replace wheat straw raw materials. We learned from liuyanbona, the project manager of 1000t/a soda recovery (chemical pulp), that the chemical pulp project mainly uses poplar, eucalyptus, Acacia and other broad-leaved wood as raw materials, and the Forest Pulp base invested and built by the company in Laos, the 200000 ton/a wood chip processing plant in Vietnam and the 50000 ton/a bulk wood chip special wharf will provide stable raw material support for the production of chemical pulp

II. With the development of the plastic recycled particle industry, optimize the production process and expand the differentiation advantages

1. Pulping production line: mainly includes wood preparation, cooking, oxygen removal, screening and bleaching. The wood chips mainly purchased for wood preparation are stored in 1 . 1 22e.g. multi-layer coextrusion composite film, the wood chips that need to be precisely extruded from the stock pile are conveyed to the running conveyor belt through the discharge screw, and then they are screened and steamed in the wood chip bin of the cooking section. The steamed wood chips are delivered to the low solid and low temperature continuous cooking system provided by Andritz company through metering screw and wood chip pump. After passing through the pre steaming area, the steaming area and the washing area in the digester, the wood chips are boiled into pulp and transported to the spray bin. Then the slurry enters the extraction, oxygen removal and screening section. The bleaching section is divided into three sections: d0 EOP D1 bleaching. The whiteness of the bleached pulp reaches more than 88%. The quality of the chemical pulp can completely replace the imported chemical pulp. In terms of equipment configuration, the advanced DD washer (displacement washer) and GFF washer of Andritz company are selected for the production line, which can effectively ensure the extraction effect of black liquor and the washing quality. In the production process, oxygen delignification is used as the treatment of pulp before screening, and chlorine dioxide bleaching is used in the bleaching section to eliminate the introduction of elemental chlorine. The specific contents of this process are as follows: it not only ensures the yield of pulp, but also reduces environmental pollution. As chlorine dioxide bleaching increases the recycling of water in the system, the water consumption per ton of pulp is greatly reduced

2. Chemical preparation: mainly includes the preparation of chlorine dioxide, oxygen and nitrogen

chlorine dioxide is prepared by comprehensive method, that is, only chlorine gas and a small amount of salt water need to be added in the production process without adding chlorate, which reduces the probability of introducing impurities into the system. The production process includes electrolytic sodium chlorate, hydrochloric acid synthesis and chlorine dioxide synthesis. The generated chlorine dioxide has a concentration of about 8g/l and is used as the bleaching agent in the bleaching section

3. Alkali recovery production line: the black liquor extracted from the upper and lower digesters is cooled by the reboiler and black liquor filter and then enters the alkali recovery evaporation section. After concentration, it is burned in the alkali furnace, and the steam generated by combustion is sent to the steam turbine for power generation. The steam generated by combustion can fully meet the requirements of the whole production system. Only part of the electricity is required to meet the production requirements, which reflects the comprehensive utilization of waste heat and achieves the purpose of energy conservation and environmental protection. The causticization section adopts Andritz's advanced white mud filter cd-filter and green liquor filter x-filter2870 to reduce the residual alkali of white mud and improve the alkali recovery rate

the production system is equipped with an odor treatment system. The odor generated at each point in the production process is concentrated and then uniformly sent to the alkali recovery furnace for combustion, so as to prevent the odor from entering the atmosphere and protect the environment. Chlorine dioxide bleaching and hydrogen peroxide bleaching are used in the bleaching process to avoid the non degradable organic matter produced by elemental chlorine bleaching. The quality of the produced pulp can completely replace the commercial chemical pulp. The system adopts advanced automatic control system and DCS distributed control system. The production sections in the whole plant realize centralized control and strengthen the mutual coordination and communication among the sections. The production line has reached the international advanced level in terms of equipment configuration, process selection and control, and also reflects the company's advanced concept of energy conservation and environmental protection in new projects

III. strengthen staff training and ensure differentiated achievements

in order to further improve the proficiency of employees in the process flow and equipment operation of new projects and ensure the smooth operation of the project after startup, the project department has successively dispatched more than 30 technicians from each branch to Yunnan Yunjing paper industry for about one month of field investigation and off-duty training. The training mainly includes chemical pulp process, DCS operation, equipment maintenance Maintenance and other knowledge to improve the operation level of workers
